Despite the vote earlier, I've decided to act unilaterally and grow my hair. Unfortunately it's rather difficult to go cleanly from spiky and relatively short, to long, which is why I'm sporting a particularly odd-looking centre parting. This is what we call the "awkward" phase, the unfortunate bit where you look a complete tool until it grows long enough to tie it back. This could take a while...

You have just won one million pounds: (changed from dollars)

1. Who do you call first?
I actually have no idea. My mum, probably

2. What is the first thing you buy for yourself?
The pontiac. It would have to be.

3. What is the first thing you buy for someone else?
Approximately £27k of debt-relief (IIRC) springs to mind.

4. Do you give any away? If yes, to whom?
Probably, and to deserving charities/causes. The MS society springs to mind, as does the RSPCA.

5. Do you invest any? If so, how?
Most of it, in bricks and mortar. It wouldn't be difficult to turn a million in property into a growing, lifelong income.

Scary!

It appears my LED watch, which works perfectly at home, is adversely affected by the bloody great cellphone pylon thingy running up the middle of our office building. This sort of begs the question of what it's doing to us. If it can make the electronics in my watch go floopy, what the hell is it doing to me? O_o
