Argh!

If anyone sees me on IRC tonight, please tell me to sod off and clean stuff. I'm considering finding a way of locking myself out of my computer until 8 or 9pm, like those lockable cases you can buy for cigarette packets so you can't smoke for a certain amount of time, because otherwise I think I'm likely to spend the rest of my life in orbit around the blasted thing.

*deep breath*

Right. I'm prepared. I have all the necessary implements and supplies. I have something approaching a desire to Get Things Done. I am about to attempt housework. Wish me luck!

To-do list

Ok, I figure this might help me keep track of where I'm up to so:

Hoover all carpets
Clean bathroom
Clean kitchen floor
Wash up
Put books away on the shelves instead of leaving them strewn around the room
File paperwork
Sort out clean washing that's been hanging around in a basket for ages
Hang all ties on tie-rack instead of nearest convenient surface
Unpack bag from last weekend
Try to make pokey bedroom as presentable as possible
Achieve world peace
