My Celebdaq strategy seems flawed. Always before I've operated a "take the money and run" policy, buying shares on the up then selling when they start to fall. This time I've tried to take the long view and hold out for dividends instead. It's not working. I picked David Beckham, reasoning that there'd be plenty of column inches about him even if there wasn't much in the way of interest in the market. It's starting to look like I should either have stuck with my original policy (which tended to see me in the top 4000 or so, more often than not), or gone for Wayne Rooney instead...

Yay! Roleplaying again at last

I came across a web-based (run from a bulletin board) RPG via dakegra. My character has now been created and is ready to play with. Hurrah! He's 37, world-weary, grim and taciturn. He's a Falconer, which is cool, and he's got a leather jacket, which is somewhat amusing :)
