I don't care, I'm still free, you can't take the sky from me

Finished watching Firefly at the weekend. Still very impressed. I think I'll get me a boxset when I have the available funds. Nathan Fillion is *very* good, and seems to share Whedon's sense of comic timing. There were bits that could *only* have been Whedon, just from the style. It's a lot of fun and I'd cheerfully recommend it.

KVCD

Anyone ever tried making a KVCD with linux tools? I found directions of how to do it with mencoder, but it segfaults before finishing. Anyone done it with transcode or any of the other tools? I'm mainly just intrigued. I could always make an SVCD if KVCDS aren't possible/reasonably easy.
