Shiny!

I am alive. I am still cigarette free. I have actually managed to get things done. Some of you may remember I started a project a good while ago at http://ooh.shiny.org.uk. Well, it's nearing completion, finally, and I'm not far off letting people in to play with it. It looks a bit crap at the moment, but I'll fix that soon enough. The important thing is that the thing actually works, and does what I intended. It can be used to build a global wishlist your gran can check to see what you'd like instead of socks this year. It allows people to define friends groups, in order to let you reserve presents for each other. It has various levels of privacy. It does what I want it to do, I just hope it proves useful to someone else. I'll let you all know when it's safe to peek, but it's all going well for now.
