Phoneness

Having decided on the Nokia E61, when the persistent folks at Orange called me yesterday I told them I'd like one and they've duly sent one through today. It should be waiting for me at home when I get there. They've sorted out a lower rate per month too, so that should be helpful. The fact that this beastie has WiFi should cut down my internet costs a bit, and hopefully I'll get the same sort of experience out of it that I've enjoyed for the last couple of years with my Treos. I was briefly tempted by the E70, but decided it was the weirdest looking thing ever and I'd probably have trouble getting used to it. The Treo/Blackberry form factor is the right sort of ballpark for me.

Smoke free

Just thought I'd mention that as of this morning, I've been smoke free for 4 weeks. Not sure how I've managed that, since the original impetus for this stint of cigarette abandonment was laziness, I just couldn't be bothered going to the shop one morning. Anyway, I reckon I've saved myself over £135 so far, and that's got to be worth doing.
