well yes, they're all perferctly symmetrical - but that means if you write them vertically and hold the mirror to them, they read exactly the same.

sorry - we're flummoxed - all the letters are identical (unless you use a thin I - in which case it vanishes). The only odd thing is the question mark - which is just - well, odd.

More hints needed :)

I don't get it. I've looked at the thing from every angle I can think of, back to front and upside down and I can't get it to say anything meaningful in any of them except WHY TAXI?

Are all the symmetrical letters in the alphabet contained in "WHY TAXI" ?

If not, which ones aren't?

The answer's not a real word, but it looks like it ought to sound similar to a real word, which might be an answer to the question "why taxi?"

Well, I'm disappointed in that then. How the hell are you supposed to work out from the clue that that's what you're supposed to do?
