List five non-fiction books from your bookshelf that have almost nothing to do with each other.

1. Algorithmic Graph Theory, Gibbons
2. The Writer's Handbook 2002, Barry Turner, ed.
3. Time Storms, Jenny Randles
4. Critique of Pure Reason, Immanuel Kant, Norman Kemp Smith, trans.
5. Monsters: An investigator's Guide To Magical Beings, John Michael Greer

Then, in honor of the Ron Weasley art of Divination, open one and point to a line, adding it to your list.

From #5, page 168: The demonic powers of the present cosmos, in Cabalistic lore, are called Qlippoth -- Hebrew for "husks" or "shells".

For extra credit, include a link to an image: an image of what? I don't get it.

This meme is so much more interesting than any of the fiction ones.

I suppose we were meant to link a pic of one of the books, or summat ~shrugs~ Perhaps it would be better if folk got the extra credit for the ones they've actually read -- in which case, I'd get about 3 point, I think.

I've read all of the last 4 of mine, and bits of the first. Some of them have annotations and neon highlighting :)

erm, that was wrong. I meant the last 3 and the first 2. I certainly haven't read all of the writer's handbook.
