Comedy ears

TV advert. I heard "Fascist Football Challenge". It only took a couple of seconds to mentally convert this to something sensible ("Fash's Football Challenge"), but the intervening period was plenty of time for my mind to conjure up images of Mussolini going "Over 'ere, son, on me 'ead!"

*sigh* I need a new brain, this one is terribly, terribly warped.

Another TV ad. This one really, really annoys me. It's just such an enormous lie! IT is not the Holy Grail people! It's an industry crammed with ludicrous expectations, idiotic customers, and more ambitious hellspawn crawling out of every former polytechnic than ever before. Don't retrain for IT, get a job that might actually be worth it.

Cards and Confusion

It's... interesting attempting to address cards to people whose real names you don't actually know. There are some rather odd looking envelopes sitting on my coffee table at the moment. They won't be there in the morning.
