Today has gone depressingly quickly. I've spent it doing very little; essentially watching Buffy and doing PD. I don't feel particularly terrible at the moment though, so that's good.

I decided to paint my nails for something to do, and realised why it always seemed so much easier in the past. Someone else did it for me :)

Currently I'm watching The Body, which is deeply depressing, but a good episode nevertheless.
