Recipe for a thoroughly nice evening
2x Blossom Hill Cabernet Shiraz red wine
200g Demerera sugar
1 packet spice mix
400ml water
2 Adults
2 Teenagers
Mix sugar, water and spices and bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Let stand for 30 minutes then add 2 bottles of wine. Heat until nearly boiling. Apply liberally to adults and teenagers. Feel Christmassy.
