Well, that was quick...

It’s done. Sorted. My flat was on the market for a little over a week, someone went to look at it, decided he liked it, and moved in within 2 weeks. I have a tenant. I’m a landlord. This means I get my mortgage almost paid for, I don’t have to pay for the water and electrickery and I don’t have to foot the bill for the council tax. Woohoo!

Hopefully this will get my finances back on track and everything will start to sort itself out. Yay!
